Alex Glandorf, Esq. is a Vice President at ArkMalibu responsible for driving the firm’s strategic business development and new client management campaigns. His legal experience, business acumen, and entrepreneurship aid ArkMalibu clients as they navigate the intricacies of the sell-side M&A transaction process. He is a trusted advisor capable of synthesizing complex data into a compelling corporate story that capitalizes on a client’s business synergies, “secret sauce,” and culture.
Prior to joining ArkMalibu, Alex co-owned and operated an international small business dedicated to representing professional athletes competing in over 30 countries on 6 continents, including the NBA. His ventures afforded him the opportunity to negotiate with Fortune Global 500 companies, international governments, and C-suite executives representing major consumer brands around the world. He gained invaluable insight into client management and business strategy while also developing creative problem-solving skills to assist his clients in avoiding a multitude of industry pitfalls.
Alex is a member of the Ohio State Bar having earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law with a concentration in intellectual property and business law. He also received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University with degrees in International Business and Entrepreneurial Studies. He supplemented his formal education with two separate educational exchanges in the Netherlands and Italy where he studied International Business and Comparative Constitutional Law, respectively.
Away from ArkMalibu, Alex enjoys movies, reading, playing golf, and traveling with his wife Michelle and daughter Ainsley.
