Phil has founded, operated and exited advertising agency and marketing services platforms that have served over 300 brands that include Salesforce, McLaren Automotive, Nestle, and Chase Bank. Today, he remains close to the agency industry as an operating partner and advisor to high-growth firms.
Phil also founded Sprinbuk, an enterprise health intelligence and analytics platform that serves Fortune 1000 employers and beyond. As a Board Member to the SaaS platform, Phil was instrumental in architecting customer acquisition, product marketing and channel development for the company.
His experience raising capital to operate and scale business keeps him as an active advisor to multiple institutional funds including Rally Ventures, Ivy Ventures, Heartland Ventures and Prolific Capital.
As a two-time Inc. 500|5000 CEO and recipient of multiple awards, including “Top Company Culture” by Entrepreneur Magazine, Phil is an operating advisor to services and technology companies including Mesh Systems, Networks Connect, Learnexus, Qualifi and Preventia.

As a former NBA ball boy, Phil is often on the sidelines of his two sons’ basketball games throughout the midwest. He’s a Wisconsin Badger and member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization). When Phil isn’t building, advising, or investing in businesses, he can be found tuning his sommelier craft.
